SYLA Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that its consolidated subsidiary, SYLA Co., Ltd., has completed the settlement and handover of real estate for sale in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which was previously disclosed on March 27, 2026. Additionally, SYLA has concluded a construction contract for an apartment building planned to be built on the property by the buyer. While the sale price and construction contract amount are undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements, both exceed 10% of the company's net sales in the previous fiscal year. Construction is scheduled from October 2026 to August 2028.
