SUSHI TOP MARKETING Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daisuke Tokunaga; hereinafter "the Company") collaborated with the Higashimurayama Regional Promotion Organization (Location: Higashimurayama City, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takeo Toma; hereinafter "Higashimurayama Regional Promotion Organization"), which operates the digital local currency "Higashimurayama AinPay," to conduct a proof-of-concept for an NFT digital stamp rally at the "AinPay BIG Marche" held in Higashimurayama City on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
On the day of the event, QR codes were installed at 22 spots, allowing visitors to acquire NFTs (digital stamps) simply by scanning them with their smartphones. Since participation was possible via LINE, people of all generations could join, recording 1,047 NFT distributions and 215 participants in one day.
Based on the data obtained from this proof-of-concept, we will proceed with considering continuous circulation promotion measures in cooperation with AinPay.
◾️Background and Challenges
Higashimurayama AinPay is a digital local currency platform in Higashimurayama City, boasting over 31,000 users and 550 affiliated stores. The Higashimurayama Regional Promotion Organization has a vision of "creating the future of Higashimurayama starting with local currency" and defines AinPay's goals as follows:
・ Increase users and foster local fans : Realization of a customer journey: "Learn → Try → Continue using → Support the region and affiliated stores → Become a fan"
・ Evolve into a "local app" : Beyond just a payment method, it aims to become a regional information hub used in all aspects of daily life, including shopping, administrative procedures, events, and tourism.
To achieve this vision, a mechanism was needed to visualize the behavior of not only AinPay users but also those who had not yet used AinPay (non-users) and naturally guide them to start using it. Through co-creation discussions via the open innovation program "Creww Growth" operated by Creww, the Company proposed and was selected for an NFT digital stamp rally as a means to address this challenge.
◾️Initiative Overview
The Company utilized "Token Graph Marketer," which can consistently handle everything from NFT distribution to analysis, to design and implement an NFT digital stamp rally that both AinPay users and non-users could participate in. The "account-less" UX, requiring no app, just QR scanning and LINE completion, enabled participation from a wide range of age groups, including those unfamiliar with digital technology.
【Implementation Summary】
・ Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
・ Venue: AinPay BIG Marche (Higashimurayama City)
・ Number of Spots: 22 spots (exhibition booths, AinPay affiliated stores, SNS, apps, Higashimurayama City Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
・ Benefits: AinPay points (5 stamps → 100pt / 10 stamps → 500pt / 15 stamps → 1,000pt)
◾️Participant Experience Flow
▶ Designed for non-users to participate × Benefits used with AinPay
The stamp rally is open to those who do not have AinPay. However, receiving and using the reward points requires registration with AinPay, so the participation experience itself functions as an "opportunity to register for AinPay." This design promotes both the acquisition of circulation data from non-users and the acquisition of new users simultaneously.
◾️Results
On March 7, 2026, a total of 1,047 NFTs were distributed across 22 spots, with 215 participants. Many participants visited multiple spots, successfully visualizing cross-store circulation behavior that could not be captured by "payment data" alone. Furthermore, there were many cases where participants installed the AinPay app on the spot when receiving benefits, qualitatively confirming that the stamp rally participation experience functions as a lead for new user acquisition (ID acquisition).
The acquired NFT data is permanently stored on the blockchain, allowing for long-term utilization in future continuous measures and related population analysis, which is a significant differentiating factor from conventional stamp rally systems.
