- 64% of IT leaders believe 'AI transparency' (control over model training and data provenance) will be the top driver of digital resilience over the next five years
- 70% would prioritize AI implementation if additional budget were available, underscoring the urgent need to balance AI adoption with sovereignty
- 94% consider open source essential for achieving digital resilience
