Event Overview

Date: Friday, April 24, 2026, 13:30-15:00

Venue: JinChalle! Gifu Job Station

Lecturer: Ms. Misa Suzuki (Public Relations Manager, Wakokai Group)

Main Content: Introduction to Wakokai Group's initiatives, work in medical and nursing care settings, public relations work, and the realization of diverse work styles.

Seminar Day Highlights and Impressions

The day began with greetings from Representative Director Goto, and the lecture started in a friendly atmosphere.

Ms. Suzuki, the lecturer, changed careers from a public school English teacher and is now active as the Public Relations Manager in the medical, nursing care, and welfare fields. In the seminar, she shared her real-life experiences of jumping into a different industry without prior experience, the appeal of "people-supporting jobs" in the medical and welfare industry, and the possibilities of diverse work styles from a public relations perspective.

Participant Feedback (from survey results)

In the post-seminar survey, all respondents answered "very satisfied" or "satisfied," achieving a very high satisfaction rate of 100%. Many positive comments were received from participants, making it a place to change perceptions of the industry and provide insights into diverse careers.

I became a little interested in learning about the nursing care field, which I had a dark image of.

I think it's wonderful that there are places where people without qualifications can shine.

I was impressed that someone who worked as a teacher is now working in a completely different profession. I admired how lively she was even after her life changed.

It was good to learn the importance of challenging things positively and devising ways to achieve better results.

Future Outlook and Connection to Support

This seminar led to concrete intake interviews for participants who were previously unregistered, achieving the first step towards practical employment support.

Gifu Youth Support Station will continue to invite lecturers active in various fields to convey the realities of work and the appeal of working, continuously holding seminars to support the career development of young people.
