Ms. Suzuki, the lecturer, made a career change from being an English teacher in a public school and now works as the Public Relations Office Manager in the medical, nursing care, and welfare fields. In the seminar, she shared her real experiences of diving into a different industry without prior experience, the appeal of 'people-supporting work' in the medical and welfare industries, and the possibilities of diverse work styles from a public relations perspective.
