Songs Selected from SURF Music Co-hosted Remix Contest Included in Mayumi Chiwaki's 40th Anniversary Album 'Remix-Remodel'

SURF Music, a digital marketplace operating under the motto 'Bringing Power Back to Music Creators'—where music creators and buyers from labels around the world can share unreleased tracks to promote the discovery of new talent and monetization for creators—announces that two tracks selected from a remix contest it co-hosted have been included in Mayumi Chiwaki's latest remix album, 'Remix-Remodel', as the full tracklist is revealed.

This remix album commemorates the 40th anniversary of Mayumi Chiwaki's debut. Going beyond standard remixes, it features tracks that can be called 'remodels', reconstructing original songs with modern sensibilities and breathing new charm into them. Among the 12 tracks announced this time are two works born from the 'GOOD MORNING I LOVE YOU' remix contest co-hosted by SURF Music and Mayumi Chiwaki in January 2026. SURF Music provided the stem data for Mayumi Chiwaki's debut single 'Good Morning I Love You' and solicited freely conceived remix works from creators worldwide. The judging panel included Mayumi Chiwaki herself, HIP LAND MUSIC, Universal Music, and SURF Music. The Grand Prix work was offered a reward of 1,500 USD and the privilege of a digital release under Mayumi Chiwaki's name.

Winning the Grand Prix from a large number of entries was 'Good Morning I Love You -Good Night REMIX-' by Yuki Saito, a member of the rock band 'Hige'. Additionally, 'Good Morning I Love You -Remix Côte d'Azur-' by French artist Nel Gabriel was selected for the Semi-Grand Prix. These two tracks, born through the SURF Music platform, are included in the album 'Remix-Remodel'.
