AI-driven code generation is rapidly advancing. Programs that run with a few lines of instruction are output in seconds, and parts of the development process are steadily being automated. Companies can now obtain systems faster and cheaper. This in itself is undoubtedly progress.

However, something is quietly happening behind the scenes.

As "cheap and fast means" are sought rather than "people who can write code," engineers are becoming less visible as individuals.

A project requires "3 person-months." If the conditions are met on a skill sheet, anyone assigned will be the same – this structure, which has long existed in the Japanese IT industry, is about to accelerate further due to the evolution of AI.

Since our founding in 1983, our company has been an IT company providing technical support centered on engineers' technical skills and human capabilities.

Our own product, "Manga Camera," which has recorded 7.5 million downloads worldwide, was born from one engineer's desire to create "an interesting app like this."
