This presentation will focus on "RCS," a new communication service provided by telecommunication carriers, to introduce next-generation customer support. RCS is a new customer touchpoint that replaces SMS, allowing rich messages with images and buttons to be sent to mobile phone numbers. We will explain the mechanism for automating and enhancing customer support by combining it with Salesforce's autonomous AI agent "Agentforce," along with use cases and demonstrations.

At KDDI, he served for seven years as a front-end engineer, handling proposals, construction, and operation of cloud and network solutions for major manufacturing and financial companies. His main work involved IT environment construction for overseas bases. Subsequently, he moved to the new business department, recognized the growth in the SMS (Short Message Service) market where corporations can send texts using phone numbers, and launched the KDDI Message Cast business. Since 2022, he has partnered with Salesforce to expand a cooperative service that allows easy sending and receiving of SMS on Salesforce. He currently serves as the business lead.
