Prior to the launch, starting Thursday, April 23, a new WEB-CM titled "American Diner Story" will be released. It stars comedian Yuriyan Retriever, who is active in both Japan and the US and is highly familiar with "American taste." The clerk, Yuriyan Retriever, is happily dancing, completely ignoring her work. Then, the master's voice calls out, "Carry this!" Still dancing without a care, a senior coworker scolds her. Gathering herself, Yuriyan skates on roller skates to deliver a mug of "Pepsi Americana" to a customer. However, she takes a big tumble. The mug flies into the air, and just when you think the contents will spill... it lands safely back in her hands! Riding that momentum, Yuriyan accidentally drinks the mug of "Pepsi Americana." Tasting the "Pepsi Americana" topped with vanilla ice cream and a cherry, she exclaims, "It tastes so American!" She then notices a massive amount of "Pepsi BIG ZERO Americana" plastic bottles in the fridge. Thinking, "I should just take these," she tries again to deliver the "Pepsi BIG ZERO Americana" bottles on roller skates. Skating too fast, she tumbles once more... but safely lands on the "American Car Sofa," the campaign prize. She brilliantly catches the falling "Pepsi BIG ZERO Americana" bottles and cheekily promotes the "Win an American Car Sofa! Campaign." ■ Filming Episodes & Making-of Yuriyan Retriever earnestly practiced roller skating whenever time permitted, after revealing on set that she "couldn't do it at all." Thanks to her practice, she showcased a fast-paced, excellent run in the skating scene.
