Sunstella Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yusuke Wada) announces the launch of a new product, "Fiberon™ ASA-CF08," in the Polymaker high-performance composite material filament "Fiberon™ series" handled in Japan.

"Fiberon™ ASA-CF08" is a composite filament combining the weather resistance of ASA with 8% carbon fiber.
While being an ASA base suitable for use in outdoor environments, it achieves high rigidity, low warping, and a matte appearance. Furthermore, with a bending strength of 69.1 MPa and an HDT (heat deflection temperature) of 103°C, it is a practical filament that can be safely used even in outdoor applications or high-temperature environments.

It also supports high-speed printing of up to 350mm/s, featuring a beautiful finish that suppresses layer lines. It is suitable for producing parts that require not only performance as functional components but also appearance quality.

Features of Fiberon™ ASA-CF08
■ Weather resistance unique to ASA base
It uses an ASA base that is easy to use even in environments exposed to UV rays and outside air, such as parts, covers, and equipment surrounding parts intended for outdoor use.

■ High rigidity and reduced warping with 8% carbon blending
By blending 8% carbon fiber, it suppresses warping while increasing rigidity. It is also suitable for jigs, housings, and fixing parts that require dimensional stability.

■ Beautiful finish with matte texture and suppressed layer lines
