Former 'Chikyumura' Reborn as 'SUN←GO Village', Pre-Opening on Friday, April 24 | Grand Opening Slated for Sunday, July 19, 2026

The general incorporated association Fore Sannokura will renew the former Chikyumura and pre-open it under the new name "SUN←GO Village" on Friday, April 24, 2026. During the pre-opening period, guests can use the campground, BBQ area, and ground. Furthermore, a grand opening is scheduled for Sunday, July 19, 2026, when all facilities including the main building, log cabins, learning building, cafe, and full-scale BBQ will become available for use. ■ Former Chikyumura Gets a Fresh Start as 'SUN←GO Village' (Online reservations now open on the official website) The former Chikyumura, long beloved by the local community, has been reconstructed into an "experiential outdoor facility" centered around nature experiences, interactions, and stays, and will be reborn with the new name SUN←GO Village. SUN←GO Village is being developed as a place where visitors can enjoy diverse "symbiotic experiences with nature," such as bonfires, camping, BBQs utilizing local ingredients, a dog run, and various experiential contents. SUN←GO VILLAGE is a complex outdoor facility that aims not just for visitors to "play" in nature, but to "spend time as if living here."
