Born in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Started his career as a chef in 1990, moved to Okinawa in 2008. Became the French chef at Oriental Hills Okinawa in 2009, and has overseen the entire restaurant as General Head Chef since 2019. He excels at gentle and elegant French cuisine that brings out the best in ingredients.
Teppanyaki Head Chef: Shinya Nakasone
Born in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture in 1981. Trained at restaurants in Tokyo and Okinawa Prefecture, joined Oriental Hills Okinawa in 2007. Has been active as Head Chef since 2018.
