Summit Inc. Product Wins Gold Prize at 17th Karaage Grand Prix

Summit Inc.'s "Tamari Soy Sauce Marinated Young Chicken Thigh Karaage" was awarded a Gold Prize in the East Japan Supermarket Delicatessen Division at the 17th Karaage Grand Prix. This event, organized by the Japan Karaage Association, saw 103 companies participate in the supermarket delicatessen division, with 13 companies receiving gold prizes in the East Japan category. The award-winning karaage is seasoned with basic condiments and a special tamari soy sauce, featuring a light, crispy coating from an original blend flour. It is sold at 238 JPY per 100g (257.04 JPY including tax) and has become the best-selling side dish in Summit's prepared food section.
