By combining the platform of our resident app "totono," cultivated in the real estate management domain, with T&C's technology for local government solutions, we will further enhance the added value of our services, expand our market share, and accelerate innovation. ## Background of Business Acquisition Up to now, our company has been expanding "totono," our flagship service that streamlines communication between management companies and residents, to real estate management companies nationwide. It is utilized by real estate management companies across the country as a service that supports the "daily lives" of residents, offering various notices to residents, chat-based inquiry support, and multilingual support for foreign residents. On the other hand, T&C has specialized technology and extensive implementation experience in solutions that optimize communication between local governments and residents using "LINE" in the public sector.
