We scattered elements that naturally bring the family together. The spacious entrance foyer acts like a second living room, and the study space in the living room allows parents and children to spend time side by side. We deliberately designed the children's rooms to be a compact 3-tatami mats (approx. 5 sqm) so that they feel the family's presence instead of staying isolated in private rooms.
1. Entrance Foyer as a Stylish Display Space
Taking advantage of a generous 7-tatami size, the foyer features open storage, creating a stylish space like a shop display. Glass partitions near the door maintain an open feel while gently dividing the space.
2. 3-Tatami Children's Rooms and Living-Centric Layout
Located next to the entrance, the children's rooms are planned at 3-tatami mats each. By providing a separate walk-in closet and a study space in the living room, the design naturally encourages family members to gather in the communal living area.
3. Private Balcony
The balcony connected to the living room features high parapet walls to block outside gazes. Despite the height, the design allows ample natural light to reach deep into the living room.
4. Year-Round Comfort with Whole-House HVAC
Equipped with the 'Mach System' whole-house air conditioning, every room maintains a constant temperature for daily comfort. You can feel this comfort for yourself at the event.
