**1. Female Entrepreneur Support Campaign**

For a limited period from April 5 to 10, 2026, we are running a special campaign. For three companies led by female entrepreneurs who sign up for a free trial of Suit Up and plan to implement team task management, our representative, Yusuke Komatsu—a professional manager with a proven track record in value creation for SMEs and startups—will personally provide free implementation support.

According to our simulations, in a company with 30 employees where a supervisor and subordinate have two 8-minute task progress checks per day, the cost amounts to a staggering ¥1.19 million per month (calculated at 20 business days). This significant cost burden for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can be greatly improved by introducing team task management and 'visualizing' team tasks.

However, according to a survey by Nulab Inc. (conducted from October 6 to 10, 2023, targeting managers, executives, and employees of companies and organizations with 1,000 or fewer employees on the 'Current Status and Challenges of Task Management'), the primary methods for task management are 'email and calendar functions' (31.2%) and 'handwritten memos, notebooks' (30.6%), which are mainly intended for individual task management. 'Business chat' accounted for 14.3%. In contrast, tools intended for team task management, such as 'Excel and spreadsheets,' were used by only 25.2%, and 'dedicated task management tools' by a mere 11.7%.

Therefore, we believe that the first step to increasing labor productivity in SMEs and startups is to introduce team task management, which led us to launch the 'Female Entrepreneur Support Campaign.'

As we enter the Reiwa era, the number of female entrepreneurs is increasing. We want to support them managerially and help them shine even brighter. **Yusuke Komatsu, President and CEO, Suits Inc.**

In March 2013, he was appointed President of Social Ecology Project Co., Ltd. (now Izu Shaboten Resort Co., Ltd., listed on the TSE Standard Market), the company he joined as a new graduate. He led the group to its first profitability in seven years. In December 2014, he founded Suits Inc. and became its Representative Director. Since April 2016, he has served as a Regional Revitalization Advisor for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and a Regional Revitalization Evangelist for the Cabinet Office. Since June 2019, he has been a PPP Supporter for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. In October 2020, he became President and CEO of the YouTuber agency VAZ Inc., achieving monthly profitability and leading to its acquisition by a listed company in January 2022. Suit Up is an AI-powered, easy-to-use project and task management tool that teams can use every day. With a spreadsheet-like interface, it 'visualizes' team operations to prevent missed tasks and delays. By achieving team task management with AI, it promotes operational efficiency and process improvements, leading to significant cost reductions.

Suit Up has been available in an alpha version since September 2023 and a beta version since April 2024. As for plans and pricing, the Standard Plan is ¥1,080 (excl. tax) per user per month for a company/organization.
