Suido Kiko Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President: Toru Furukawa), a company primarily engaged in the design, construction, and management of water and sewage facilities and environmental conservation facilities, is pleased to announce the completion of its office entrance renovation and the planting of cherry trees in front of the office to welcome spring. This initiative aims to create a space that aligns with the changing work styles of employees and to further enhance corporate value.
[Background of Office Renovation] As we reach the milestone of our 100th anniversary, we decided to renovate our office to revive the fountain that once graced our entrance, embodying our connection to water. This renovation aims to revitalize communication among employees and provide a space where visitors can easily visualize our business. Moving forward, we will utilize this new environment to build a system where each employee can maximize their potential, aiming for further service improvements for our customers. We will continue to create new value that connects people and ideas, growing as a company that remains chosen for the next 100 years.
[Concept of the New Entrance] The concept for this renovation is 'Creating a place for brands and communication where people can smile for the next 100 years.' Using 'water'—our core business—as the axis for the overall design, we have installed an aqua wall at the entrance. The reception area features a glossy finish reminiscent of a clear stream, tile carpets inspired by water ripples, and curtains with a white-to-blue gradient to express the transparency of water, embodying our history and business throughout the space. Additionally, we have created a new free space for employee interaction and gatherings with customers.
We have installed a fountain at the entrance to help visitors visualize our water-related business. Furthermore, we planted cherry trees at the back, symbolizing our commitment to community-rooted activities for the next 100 years.
