Suido Kiko Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toru Furukawa), whose main business is the design, construction, and management of water and sewage facilities, as well as environmental conservation and sanitation facilities, is pleased to announce the completion of its entrance renewal and the planting of cherry trees in front of the office to coincide with the arrival of spring. This initiative aims to create a space tailored to the changing work styles of employees and to further enhance corporate value.
[Background of the Office Renewal]
As we approached the major milestone of our 100th anniversary, we decided to renew our office to realize our desire to revive the fountain that once embodied the image of water at our entrance. This renewal aims to create a space that activates communication among employees and allows visitors to more easily visualize Suido Kiko's business by placing a waterscape at the entrance, which is the face of the company. In the future, we will leverage this new entrance environment to establish a system where each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities, thereby aiming for further improvement in customer service. We will also create new value that connects people and ideas, and continue to grow as a company chosen for the next 100 years.
[Concept of the New Entrance]
The concept for this renewal is "A place to create brands and communication that will keep us smiling 100 years from now." With "water," Suido Kiko's main business, as the axis of the overall design image, an aqua wall has been installed at the entrance. The reception area incorporates a luster reminiscent of the surface of a clear stream, and the entire space embodies the company's history and business content through the use of tile carpets inspired by water ripples and curtains that express the transparency of water with a gradation from white to blue. In addition, a new free space has been created at the entrance, which can be used not only for interaction among employees but also as a gathering place with customers.
A fountain has been installed at the entrance that first greets visitors, making it easier to imagine Suido Kiko's business related to water. Furthermore, cherry trees have been planted behind the building as a symbol of our activities rooted in the community for the next 100 years.
