SU-BEE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kanazawa, Ishikawa; CEO: Koichi Tabata), the company behind the 75-year-old local soul food restaurant 'Saburoubei', will launch two highly anticipated limited-edition summer noodle menus at all five Saburoubei locations starting Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

The Key is Our Specialized 'Chicken Oil'
Our chicken oil is handcrafted at the Takamatsu main store. By gently heating chicken skin over low heat for two and a half hours, we create a distinct golden-colored oil. This golden chicken oil is the secret behind the deliciousness of Saburoubei, and it is a key ingredient in our noodle dishes as well.

1. Chilled Ramen (with Kimchi) - Prepared with Kombu Water, Saburoubei's Chicken Stock: 950 yen (tax included)
