Representative's Message
Reflecting on the 5th year, Representative Tamura stated, "It was not a smooth sailing year, but one where each person continued to take on challenges while grappling with difficulties," and expressed gratitude for the efforts and mutual support of each employee.
Drawing from his own experience, he emphasized that while the essence of growth lies in "high standards," "appropriate challenges," "a responsible environment," and "the presence of colleagues," the most important factor is the attitude of continuous challenge.
Looking ahead, he outlined a policy of "investing in an environment where employees can take on challenges," creating growth opportunities for each individual through the launch of new businesses and internal venture systems.
Furthermore, for the 6th year, the company aims to expand to "50 stores" operated for one week solely through directly managed stores. He declared that the company will not merely expand in scale but will strive to become "a company that values communication" and aims to be "not the number one, but a one-of-a-kind existence."
Finally, he stated, "The future can only be forged by continuing to challenge ourselves," and expressed his resolve to be a company that continues to grow alongside its employees.

Looking towards future business growth and organizational strengthening, the participation of a new external board member was announced.
