### Background: Bridging the Gap Between Knowledge and Application
For a long time, the difficulty of applying theoretical knowledge learned in training to real-world business scenarios has been a significant issue. Even after learning theories and frameworks, many professionals struggle to translate that knowledge into action. While on-the-job training (OJT) is a common solution, it poses structural risks: mistakes by junior staff can cause organizational loss, making it difficult to provide safe opportunities for growth.
As a solution to this, StudyMeter has developed a simulation game using Generative AI, allowing users to experience difficult situations in a safe environment.
### Overview: Managing a Distressed Project
Players take over a failing DX project after their predecessor collapses from overwork. Three AI characters—a representative from the user department, a boss, and a subordinate—appear before the player, each acting based on their own goals and motives. Because the AI's attitude changes based on the player's input, every dialogue unfolds differently.
There is no clear "clear" condition in the game. Players continue responding until they choose to "give up," at which point they receive an evaluation and feedback. The game tests practical skills like identifying gaps in requirements and managing team workflows.
### Corporate Training Expansion
This game serves as an experience version of the company’s "AI Role-Play Training System," with plans to roll out customized training tailored to the actual business operations of various client companies.
