The provision of this API allows users to directly search for manuals within Teachme Biz from chatbots, internal portals, and business systems they already use, and to call up the optimal information. It eliminates the time loss associated with "switching tools to check manuals" and supports the creation of a stress-free work environment where necessary information is delivered automatically when needed.

Background and Objectives Teachme Biz is currently utilized by over 2,300 companies worldwide, primarily as an internal business manual system.
