The Strings Omotesando (Location: 3-6-8 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will hold its first collaboration to commemorate the opening of the 'Longines Omotesando Pop-up ~HydroConquest Concept Store~' hosted by Swiss watch brand 'Longines', which boasts over 190 years of history.

This collaboration will feature three special drinks (2 cocktails, 1 mocktail) inspired by three representative models of Longines' classic diver's watch, 'HydroConquest'. These can be enjoyed for a limited time from Saturday, July 11, 2026, to Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at two sophisticated spaces: 'TIME NEST BAR LOUNGE', an adult's hidden bar located in the basement directly connected to Omotesando Station, and 'Cafe & Dining ZelkovA', located on the first floor facing the beautiful zelkova tree-lined avenue.

This summer, The Strings Omotesando and Longines present a special collaboration on the stage of Omotesando. Please enjoy an elegant moment that can only be experienced here, with refreshing limited-edition drinks, on the open terrace seats bathed in the dappled sunlight of the zelkova tree-lined avenue, or in the relaxing adult bar lounge.

A new sensation botanical mocktail inspired by the refreshing 'Frosted Blue' dial. A blend of carefully selected non-alcoholic gin and Blue Curaçao syrup with sparkling tonic water. The crisp acidity of fresh lime and the refreshing aroma of rosemary create a pleasant breeze.

・Verdant ZelkovA Martini ¥1,900 (tax included, 15% service charge not included)

A sophisticated original martini that layers the beautiful zelkova tree-lined avenue symbolizing Omotesando with the 'Verdant Green' of the HydroConquest. Based on dry gin, it harmoniously balances matcha liqueur, green tea, and the refreshing acidity of kiwi syrup to express a deep green. The beautiful matcha sugar coloring the rim of the glass adds a pleasant sweetness, while the mint floating in the center creates a modern and refined coolness.
