Following the first installment featuring "Peach × Mango," the second edition, "Precious Summer Peach & Shine Muscat Afternoon Tea," will be available from Wednesday, August 19, 2026, through Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Four exquisite sweets starring seasonal peaches
The centerpiece of the afternoon tea stand features four luxurious desserts showcasing rich, juicy peaches—enjoyable throughout both the first and second servings. Highlights include a layered glass dessert with light panna cotta, sweet peach jelly, creamy mousse, and tender peach compote; a smooth, pink-hued peach mousse that delights the eye; an elegant peach cake with whipped peach cream and fresh fruit; and house-made scones delicately infused with peach aroma.
Second installment: Peach × Shine Muscat
Starting Wednesday, August 19, the second edition adds the noble sparkle of fresh Shine Muscat grapes to the peach desserts. Guests will enjoy a tart and shortcake highlighting the grape's refreshing flavor and juicy texture, along with a vibrant macaron filled with two whole Shine Muscat grapes. The striking contrast of vivid emerald green and soft pink elegantly captures the essence of summer's final days.
Three seasonal savory dishes, plus salad and soup—a satisfying, well-rounded meal
The savory selection includes three creative dishes: a smooth corn mousse rice croquette accented with spicy salsa; a crispy croissant sandwich layered with cured ham and Bocconcini cheese with green olive and balsamic cream; and other thoughtfully crafted bites. Guests also enjoy a cocktail salad blending fruit and ceviche, and a visually stunning beet vichyssoise. On weekdays, the salad is specially presented with crystalized tomato jelly for an elegant twist—ensuring a fulfilling and luxurious summer dining experience.
