Stratasys' hardware, software, and material updates have the potential to accelerate the adoption and growth of additive manufacturing.

"These innovations are designed to solve the real-world challenges manufacturers face when adopting and scaling additive manufacturing. We are committed to continuous investment and development across our product portfolio, working closely with customers to lower barriers to adoption and unlock the immense value additive manufacturing brings throughout the production workflow," said Rich Garrity, Chief Business Unit Officer at Stratasys.

**Expanding ULTEM™ resin products for industrial growth**

ULTEM™ 1010 resin is now available as a new filament for F3300® printers. This enables the production of aerospace-grade, high-temperature parts with the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent heat resistance within the FDM technology portfolio. Optimized for composite tooling, ULTEM™ 1010 resin maintains the accuracy and reliability of jigs and fixtures even in harsh environments. Combined with the F3300® printer's high-speed fabrication and built-in material drying capabilities, manufacturers can produce high-performance parts while significantly reducing cost per part.

Furthermore, ULTEM™ 1010 filament will be available in large spool sizes starting this summer to support long production lines using the Fortus FDC™ filament dryer. When used in conjunction with compatible F900® and Fortus® 450mc™ Gen III printers, the Fortus FDC dryer supports longer, uninterrupted builds with built-in material drying capabilities. This allows manufacturers to produce industrial parts that withstand high temperatures more efficiently and consistently.

**Photocuring materials designed for practical applications**

P3™ Deflect™ 110 resin for Origin printers makes additive manufacturing a viable option for production parts exposed to high temperatures and mechanical loads, such as automotive connectors, brackets, jigs, fixtures, and other demanding engineering applications.

Loctite® 3D IND3785 Low Migration for Origin® 3D printers addresses the needs of small-batch production compliant with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Union (EU) regulations in food and pharmaceutical environments. This material achieves injection molding-like surface finish and accuracy while maintaining the flexibility of additive manufacturing.

With PolyJet ToughONE White material for J3 and J5 systems, teams can create durable prototypes that withstand breaking, bending, and repeated testing. Prototypes that behave close to finished products accelerate iterative design and validation for design teams. PolyJet ToughONE Black maintains toughness and dimensional stability comparable to conventional materials while enhancing visual contrast, strongly supporting functional demonstrations, application testing, and impactful design reviews.

GrabCAD Print Pro™'s "Measurement-Based Warped Adapted Modeling" brings precision to the Origin® P3™ platform. Integrated into GrabCAD Print Pro, Measurement-Based WAM™ (WAM) automatically compensates for warpage using measured dimensional data, enabling precise additive manufacturing. Complex parts such as electrical connectors, precision jigs, and industrial fixtures can be produced with accuracy and consistency on the Origin® DLP platform using P3™ programmable photopolymerization technology, eliminating the need for repeated rework.

**High-definition SLA prototyping**

Somos® WaterShed® White, a new addition to the SLA material "WaterShed" family, offers durable and moisture-resistant SLA performance for automotive, aerospace, and industrial prototyping. Its smooth surface finish and opaque white appearance make it ideal for detailed models that must withstand functional testing. Somos WaterShed White has been validated for use on all Neo® printers, including the large-format Neo800+™.

Attendees of the RAPID + TCT Conference, held from April 14-16, can visit the Stratasys booth (Booth #1601) to see software and hardware demonstrations and learn more about these new materials.
