Straker Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Grant Straker, hereinafter "Straker") held the 3rd installment of the highly acclaimed webinar series "AI Opens the Future of IR" in March 2026.

This series has been well-received by many IR professionals and corporate planning personnel. For this 3rd installment, themed "English Disclosure for Overseas Investors in the Era of AI Agents: Changing Ways of Being Read and Key Points to Note," we deepened the discussion from a more practical perspective.

## From an Era of "Human Reading" to "AI Parsing"
The seminar emphasized that the primary readers of corporate disclosure information are shifting from **humans to AI agents**.

Traditionally, investors have read disclosure documents and reports themselves to analyze and make judgments. However, there is now an increasing number of cases where AI agents collect and analyze vast amounts of information at high speed, handling the initial process of investment decision-making.
Under these circumstances, whether a company's disclosure information is correctly recognized and interpreted by AI determines if it can reach investors.

The seminar pointed out the following risks and the need for countermeasures:

- If information disclosure is insufficient, AI may supplement with external information, leading to the **potential formation of unintended evaluations**.
- The risk that ambiguous expressions unique to Japanese may lose their meaning during the translation process and **not be conveyed correctly**.
- The importance of **comprehensive and structured information dissemination**, rather than fragmented information disclosure.

Mr. Masamichi Fujisawa, Representative Director of Rectus Partners Co., Ltd. and Corporate Value/Sustainability Advisor, who is involved in supporting dialogue between companies and investors in the corporate value and sustainability domain, pointed out that taking a step forward from conventional "information dissemination," the function of a "translator" who converts internal business strategies and information into language that investors can understand is becoming more important. He emphasized that "speed," "accuracy," and "clarity (translation that communicates effectively)" are particularly important.

The evolution of AI agents is changing not only investor behavior but also the very nature of corporate information disclosure.
Through this seminar, it became clear that the challenge companies must address going forward is information design based not only on "who to tell" but also on "how it will be recognized by AI."

SwiftBridge AI utilizes "Tiri," a specialized custom AI model trained on expressions and translation points unique to Japanese disclosure information. In addition to stable translation, it provides speedy delivery and secure security with ISO27001 certification.

## Due to Popular Demand, a Compilation Seminar of "AI Opens the Future of IR" Will Be Held
It has been decided that a compilation edition will be held over about 10 days starting from April 7, 2026. We will carefully select highly rated points from the discussions in the 1st to 3rd installments of the "AI Opens the Future of IR" series and present perspectives on considering English disclosure in the era of AI agents.

Currently, institutional investors' information gathering and analysis are rapidly evolving on the premise of utilizing AI agents, transitioning into an era where corporate information is first read and interpreted by AI. This trend is leading mainly in the English-speaking world, and it is essential for Japanese companies' English disclosures to adapt to this premise.

In this compilation, we will practically organize business design premised on AI, changes in investors' information comprehension, and the direction of new practical IR operations where humans and AI collaborate. Furthermore, AI age...
