In many cases, the background to this is a misalignment of judgment caused by 'information fragmentation'—such as changes in prerequisites or the external environment that were not visible at the time of consideration, or an inability to access knowledge that should have been accumulated within the company.
As development becomes more sophisticated and complex, how broadly and accurately one can grasp internal and external information has become a major factor in determining the quality and speed of decision-making. However, in reality, many sites find it difficult to make optimal decisions due to situations such as taking a long time to reach the necessary information or different departments referring to different information.
In this presentation, while organizing the structural background of such rework, we will explain the thinking and practical approaches for cross-sectionally capturing internal and external information using AI and linking it to development decision-making.
