You can enjoy a prefixe-style dinner course that highlights the flavors of Shinshu ingredients in a unique setting overlooking beautiful vineyards, perfect for spending time with family and friends returning home for summer vacation. The Winery Restaurant St. Cousair's greatest charm is its tranquil scenery, offering panoramic views of the gently rolling mountains and countryside of Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture. During dinner hours, we will only be offering a course menu priced at 8,800 yen (tax included) per person. You can choose your appetizer (from 2 options) and main meat dish (from "thigh" or "sirloin"), and after the meat dish, you can select either cheese or petit fours for dessert, making for a fulfilling experience.

To ensure families with young children can create summer memories with peace of mind, we also offer a "Children's Menu" for those under elementary school age. Please enjoy a special time filled with smiles while sharing delicious food with your loved ones.

Hands-Free BBQ Lunch Plan

From April to October, we offer a BBQ lunch plan where you can enjoy our beautiful lawn garden. It includes juicy meats such as beef (skirt steak), Shinshu pork spare ribs, and sausages, along with seasonal vegetables, cheese, and one drink of our own brewed cider (or non-alcoholic drink). You don't need to prepare anything and can enjoy it casually "hands-free."

Furthermore, at St. Cousair's Hill, we also offer "Winery Tours" where you can tour the vineyards and the inside of the brewery. We have free tours that do not require reservations, as well as plans with wine tasting and plans with lunch (paid, reservation required).
