St. Cousair Inc. (Headquarters: Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture / Representative Director and President: Ryota Kuze) will sequentially release "Niagara Blanc" and "Nagano Ryugan," made from grapes harvested in 2025, starting from Tuesday, April 28, 2026. "New wines" allow you to enjoy the unique characteristics of the year's grape harvest in their freshest form. The youthful, fresh, and vibrant taste, just created, is special only to this season.

This is a sweet white wine made from Hokkaido-grown Niagara grapes, characterized by a harmonious balance of gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity. With a light alcohol content of 9%, it offers an approachable taste for those new to wine. The elegant aroma derived from Niagara grapes and a subtle effervescence enhance its freshness. Best served chilled, it is recommended for special occasions and gatherings like parties.

This is a white wine made from the delicate and refined Japanese indigenous Ryugan variety, which we have been working with since 2003. By fermenting slowly at low temperatures, it develops a gentle and elegant aroma reminiscent of pear and white flowers. Its mild sweetness and refreshing acidity are harmoniously balanced, creating a nuanced flavor akin to Japanese sake. It can be enjoyed with Japanese cuisine and other delicate dishes.

In 2025, the grapes grew with a firm acidity. This rich acidity tightens the sweetness, so we finished it while valuing balance.

To prevent the carbon dioxide gas generated during fermentation from escaping, we stored it at full capacity immediately after fermentation, preserving its natural effervescence and freshness.

#### -- What are the characteristics of Nagano Ryugan 2025?

Ryugan is a very delicate variety, so we focus every year on how to bring out its aroma. In 2025, to further enhance its aroma and taste, we carried out low-temperature fermentation for about 9 weeks, approximately 4 weeks longer than last year, carefully monitoring the yeast's activity.

As a result, it has a finish that expresses the gentle aroma characteristic of Ryugan, with added depth and elegant brilliance.
