This product is a drink base that allows you to enjoy milk coffee with the richness of brown sugar and the aroma of coffee at home, simply by mixing it with milk. It is the next drink base product following Kuze Fuku & Co.'s popular "Strawberry Milk Base to Mix with Milk", and was developed as a new staple that can be easily incorporated into your daily life.

Developed with the desire to "drink to your heart's content at home"

The inspiration for development was one person's simple idea: "I wish I could enjoy coffee like the one I drink at a cafe more easily." The deliciousness you taste at a cafe is appealing, but it's a bit of a luxury to enjoy it almost every day. In that case, "let's make a cup that you can enjoy at home without hesitation." From that thought, Kuze Fuku & Co. began making a milk coffee that focuses on Japanese ingredients, using 100% brown sugar from Okinawa Prefecture.

The mild sweetness of Okinawa brown sugar overlaps with the slight bitterness and aroma of coffee, finished into a gently unified flavor with a secret ingredient of shio koji (salted rice malt). The recommended ratio is 1 part of this product to 4-6 parts milk.
