100% Nagano Prefecture grapes are used and aged in oak barrels. By blending Merlot as the main grape with Cabernet Franc and Concord, we have created a wine that is approachable and soft in both aroma and taste. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a good balance of acidity and tannins, making it a versatile type that pairs well with meals, regardless of whether they are Japanese or Western.
