S-PAL Sendai Main Building B1F Restaurant Zone undergoes its first major renovation in 20 years, rebranding as 'Ekichika Dining'! First phase 'Keyaki Koji' zone opens Monday, April 20th!

S-PAL Sendai (Location: 1-1-1 Chuo, Aoba-ku, Sendai), operated by Sendai Terminal Building Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City; President: Tetsushiro Matsuzaki), will be conducting a full, two-phase renovation of the former 'Restaurant Area' on the B1F of its main building for the first time in approximately 20 years. With the development concept of being a 'new place that connects to the city,' we are creating a new landmark filled with the charm of Sendai. We will also be holding commemorative events to mark the renovation.
