(Headquarters: Mitaka City, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kenji Nishimura), which aims to create "a society where everyone can live authentically" through employment support for people with disabilities, will open "Diverse Village MAEBASHI," the fifth location of its Diverse Village (read: Diverse Village) facilities that expand employment options for people with disabilities, in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, on October 1, 2026. This will create approximately 140 jobs, including both people with disabilities and managers.

What is Diverse Village?

In traditional disability employment, there has been a tendency to ensure stability by limiting job categories. ・Roastery-type Disability Employment Support Service BYSN (read: Baisen, hereinafter BYSN)

BYSN is a disability employment support service that involves coffee roasting operations. People with disabilities employed by client companies produce high-quality coffee beans using professional roasting machines dedicated to BYSN.

By developing products such as original drip packs from these coffee beans, companies can enhance their brand recognition at events, exhibitions, and as commemorative gifts for recruitment activities, as well as improve employee satisfaction, thereby contributing to the activation of communication in various scenarios.

Furthermore, BYSN supports individuals in their career progression, such as assisting with obtaining qualifications like Coffee Meister.
