This initiative aims to connect special needs education with actual workplaces, providing students with an opportunity to concretely envision their post-graduation career paths and ways of working.

## Overview of the Training Program

**Time**: 10:00-11:30
**Location**: BYSN ISEHARA ROASTERY (1026-1 Takamori, Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, 259-1114)
**Participants**: 18 first-year high school students from special needs schools, 5 teachers, totaling 23 people.

- Introduction to BYSN ISEHARA ROASTERY's initiatives

In addition to the lecture, by experiencing parts of the actual work process, the program was designed to give students a concrete image of "working in a workplace."

## Student Voices
Here are the results of a survey conducted among students who participated in the training.
- I will listen to the end of the conversation and try not to leave things I don't understand.
- I will try my best to follow the rules.
- I want to be able to do things for myself!
- It was good to experience this.
- Selecting coffee beans was difficult.

## Teacher Voices
We received the following feedback regarding this training:
"The participating students are still first-year high school students and are at a stage where they don't have a concrete image of employment. Currently, they are gradually getting used to work through tasks commissioned by companies within the school, but opportunities to gain experience in actual companies are limited, considering their physical strength and individual characteristics. Given the limited opportunities for workplace training in companies, we are very grateful for the opportunity provided this time.

Although we always teach the school about skills necessary for work, such as 'reporting, contacting, and consulting,' it is of great value to hear directly from people who are actually working and to see the workplace.

Even students who previously had the impression that 'work seems difficult' said, 'I think I can do it too' after today's experience, making this a very valuable opportunity that will lead to their future. We are sincerely grateful for providing such a training opportunity."
