Roastery Tokyo's Unique Summer Beverages to Refresh Your Summer Thirst
To prepare for the peak of summer heat, we have crafted beverages infused with Roastery Tokyo's distinctive sensibility. By boldly pairing familiar summer flavors like cola and peach with coffee and tea, you can enjoy tastes that offer not just refreshment, but also depth and novelty.
At the main bar on the 1st floor, we present "Barrel-Aged Cold Brew & Cola." This beverage combines our signature Barrel-Aged Cold Brew, extracted from coffee beans aged in bourbon whiskey barrels, with sangria flavored syrup and cola. The rich aroma of whiskey, fruity notes, and the refreshing fizz of cola create a perfect drink for the hot season.
On the 2nd floor, the TeavanaTM Bar offers "TEAVANATM Frozen Peach Tranquility," based on our popular "TEAVANATM Peach Tranquility" tea. The delicate aroma of peach and its cool, smooth texture will enhance your summer refreshment. Furthermore, the 3rd floor ArriviamoTM Bar features "ArriviamoTM Tea Highball," a new sensation cocktail harmonizing the floral notes of tea with the crisp effervescence of a highball. This refreshing beverage, perfect for summer, is made with our signature Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee beans, aged in whiskey barrels since the opening of Roastery Tokyo. Cold brew coffee made from these beans is combined with sangria flavored syrup and cola. The fruity notes of sangria and the light carbonation of cola blend with the rich aroma unique to barrel-aged coffee, creating a complex flavor.

"TEAVANATM Frozen Peach Tranquility"

A new sensation cocktail that harmonizes the floral aroma of tea with the crisp effervescence of a highball. Bourbon whiskey and a liqueur made from oranges, herbs, and spices are combined with elderflower, cherry, and lime. The elegant bergamot aroma and rich floral notes of TeavanaTM Earl Grey Bouquet Delight tea are layered on top, creating a sophisticated drink that pairs well with meals.
Additionally, a cocktail created by a partner who won both the Best Taste Award and the Grand Prize at the internal cocktail competition "Bartender's Craft" held last November has been commercialized. *Spirit-free options are also available.

The 3rd floor ArriviamoTM Bar offers Roastery Tokyo's unique dining plan, "ARRIVIAMOTM BAR APERICENA." Since last summer, Roastery Tokyo has fostered a culture of "bread and drink" as a luxurious space for working adults in the city. This season, we present a plan to further enrich the "bread and drink" experience on summer nights. Enjoy a free-flow plan with cocktails, wine, highballs, and mocktails, accompanied by a pairing plate featuring appetizers to desserts. Spend a relaxing time at Roastery Tokyo as dusk transitions into night.
This year, we introduce "ArriviamoTM Tea Highball," an original cocktail developed with the theme of aperitivo (pre-dinner drink) enjoyed during summer evenings. This drink, conceived by a finalist selected from bartenders nationwide in a cocktail competition hosted by a leading American whiskey brand, harmonizes the floral aroma of tea with the refreshing effervescence of carbonation, enhancing the flavors of food. We also offer ArriviamoTM Bar's signature cocktail, "Starbucks Reserve Espresso Martini," and wine cocktails made with wine from Hirakawa Winery in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, we have a wide selection of spirit-free drinks.
