We sometimes receive questions like "Has the community comprehensive care system been realized?" Whether it is education, taxation, or defense, social systems are not meant to be realized or completed in the first place. The social issues looking ahead to 2040 include an increase in elderly people without relatives, widening economic disparities and housing problems, and the need for barrier-free measures under the Dementia Basic Act, compared to the time when the Community Comprehensive Care Study Group was established in 2008.
