In HR departments, there are many voices expressing hesitation to adopt AI due to concerns about personal information and security, or not knowing where to start.
This seminar organizes the key points HR professionals need to consider when planning a "system" for safely utilizing AI internally, from the perspectives of criteria, institutions, and practical operations. It includes lectures and mini-workshops covering the basic mechanics and pitfalls of generative AI (hallucinations), concepts of personal data and security, a checklist serving as a draft for judging "information you can and cannot input," and case studies of internal AI guidelines and certification systems. It is an excellent resource for HR, labor management, and recruitment personnel to gather materials when considering rules and educational formats suitable for their own companies.
1. The current state and roles surrounding HR and AI utilization
Overview of domestic adoption trends and the organization of AI concerns HR hears daily (personal information, security, where to start, etc.). Understanding the domain HR covers within the division of roles among management, legal, and IT.
2. The significance of HR departments getting involved in AI promotion
Examples of generative AI usage in recruitment, training, and labor management. Collaboration with other departments and sharing the vision of utilization in HR operations.
3. Basics of generative AI and hallucinations
A conceptual understanding of how generative AI works, its characteristic of not guaranteeing facts, and points of caution in the HR domain. The importance of final output verification by humans.
4. Security and personal information protection
Clarification of use for learning, leakage, and legal regulations, along with guidelines for handling personal information and sensitive personal information. A checklist for "information that can be input vs. cannot be input."
5. Mini-workshop: Allowable vs. NG information
A workshop to apply the checklist and make judgments using specific examples from recruitment, evaluation, labor, and training. Participants can take home a judgment framework usable at their companies.
6. Case Study: Formulating internal AI guidelines
A 4-layer model for usage rules, examples of structuring and listing prohibited input information, the flow of formulation/revision, and operational ingenuity. For internal consideration.
7. Case Study: Internal AI certification systems and literacy education
Examples combining e-learning, confirmation tests, and granting authority. As a reference when considering a format suitable for your company.
8. Q&A / Business card exchange
