Srush Inc. (Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoichi Fujii; hereinafter "Nihon Knowledge"), a comprehensive ICT service company.

Background of the Partnership Agreement

As the promotion of DX becomes the most critical issue in corporate management, many companies are facing structural challenges related to data utilization. Data is dispersed across various departments and systems within companies, and due to a shortage of specialized personnel and limitations of legacy systems, data utilization at the operational level remains limited.

In response to these challenges, both companies possess distinct strengths.
