Tendon/Tempura Honpo San-Ten, operated by Sato Food Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and Executive President: Takayuki Sugimoto), will hold the "Kinmedai and Hotaruika Fair" starting Thursday, May 14, 2026. This fair will feature a full lineup of seasonal ingredients: splendid alfonsino, firefly squid, broad beans, and new onions! The plump splendid alfonsino spreads its umami the moment it enters your mouth. The firefly squid tempura offers a rich flavor inside its crispy batter. Broad beans and new onions are served as kakiage (mixed tempura). In addition to the generous portion, please enjoy the sweetness of the new onions and the fluffy texture of the broad beans.
