Following the planned opening of 'Minn Namba Nipponbashi' at the end of June 2026, the launch of 'Minn Namba South' will bring SQUEEZE's total number of operational properties in the Osaka area to seven.

By establishing a dominant presence in the high-demand Namba district, the company will build an efficient multi-site operational framework leveraging cloud-based reception and remote operations.

'Minn Namba South' will be a 34-room apartment hotel featuring guest rooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests, catering to family and group travel demand—particularly from inbound tourists—as well as mid-to-long-term stay needs.

'Minn Namba South' is designed around the concept of 'Wakon Yosai' (Japanese spirit, Western techniques), blending traditional Japanese values with modern sensibilities. Located just a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Nankai Electric Railway's 'Namba Station' and an 8-minute walk from 'Namba Station' served by all Osaka Metro lines, the hotel occupies a highly convenient location for exploring Osaka.
