Exclusive management contract signed with women's ski jumper Nozomi Maruyama

Nozomi Maruyama began ski jumping in her childhood, quickly distinguishing herself on the international stage with her exceptional aerial sense and powerful takeoff. Despite suffering repeated major knee injuries, she overcame them with an indomitable spirit, returning as a top global competitor. Her talent culminated in the 2025-26 season, where she achieved her long-held dream of winning bronze medals in both the individual normal hill and team events at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. She also finished 2nd in the FIS World Cup women's individual overall standings. Combining precise technique with the mental fortitude to turn adversity into strength, she has become the ace leading the Japanese women's ski jumping world in both name and reality.

Sports Biz was deeply impressed by Maruyama's constant drive to challenge herself as an iconic figure in women's ski jumping, leading to this contract. Moving forward, we will work together to improve her training environment with an eye toward the 2030 Games, as well as to promote and develop the sport of ski jumping.

The 2025-26 season was one where I felt a sense of accomplishment, finishing 2nd in the World Cup overall and winning medals at the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics, while also realizing the gap between myself and the world's best.
