Background and Purpose of Beginner Course Renewal: Three years have passed since the start of the Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Skill Certification System, and as social implementation in infrastructure inspection, surveying, and disaster response progresses, the demand for national qualifications continues to expand. Along with this, the importance of safe operation and legal compliance is increasing, requiring the development of personnel equipped with systematic knowledge and practical response capabilities in addition to piloting skills. Against this backdrop, Fukushima Drone School has re-evaluated the positioning of its beginner-oriented "Drone Pilot Certification Course" and is renewing it as the "National Qualification Step-Up Course," which is premised on acquiring national qualifications. The "National Qualification Step-Up Course" revises the conventional course content to align with the completion examination for national qualification acquisition. Changes: Item: Before Change -> After Change. Course Size: 5m x 5m -> Expanded to 5m (vertical) x 7m (horizontal). Piloting Position: 6m from takeoff/landing point -> Changed to 8m from takeoff/landing point. A-mode Flight Training (*Flight without GPS): Hovering only -> Includes hovering + movement operations. Second-class Exam Course Experience: None -> Available. Fundamentals of safe operation - Continuing traditionally valued content: Continued guidance on detailed aircraft inspection to ensure thorough acquisition of safe operation fundamentals. Carefully instructed content aligned with exam items from the basics to correspond with national qualification exams.
