Space Data Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Koyo Sato, hereinafter "Space Data"), which operates "Singulab," a research community aimed at developing future talent adaptable to the singularity, will co-host the real-world event "Singulouze!"—normally restricted to Singulab researchers—as an after-party for "SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026," an international event and concept hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to create new, sustainable urban value through high technical capabilities.
SINGULARITY IN NARRATIVE: Singularity within the Story
Stories and movies have historically depicted human nature and the future of the singularity. AI, cities, bodies, evolution, loneliness, desire. And the essence of the world that lies beyond. On this night, narrative and reality, fiction and existence intersect at the waterfront and city of Tokyo.
At the venue BANK30, participants who express their own interpretations of movies, culture, and stories will gather. It will weave a mysterious time-space where an enchanting atmosphere, DJ beats, Japanese culture, and the future intersect, and food, alcohol, sound, and the body become one.
Touring over the water, transforming scattered experiences into a single "story"
This time, we have also provided an option for SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 participants to travel from Ariake to Takeshiba by cruise ship. This is part of the "Tokyo B-LINE Concept," which aims to revive the waterways that once connected the city of Edo as a "third public transportation" system.
Odaiba, Takeshiba, Toyosu, Nihonbashi. The scattered charms of the waterfront will be reconnected as a single artery by the water transport network. This concept was realized alongside the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and many partners. The boat journey to the movie-like, otherworldly venue is truly a prologue leading to the post-singularity world.
A future that is not just about technology. The body, tradition, the city, desire, and humans. Let's create a night together to experience "what the singularity is" while envisioning a future where the city of Tokyo is connected by water transport.
