High-purity ice, slowly frozen over 48 hours using traditional methods from deep natural water drawn 250m underground at the foot of the Central Alps, resulting in clear, beautiful ice that melts slowly.
This year marks the fourth year of Southern Tower Dining's summer shaved ice, made with pure ice from Shinshu deep natural water. Its fluffy and light texture, which prevents brain freeze, is one of the reasons it's loved every year.
