Sourcenext Launches Copilot Agent for its "AutoMemo" AI Minutes Service, Enabling Search and Analysis of Past Meeting Data

Sourcenext Corporation (Headquarters: 3F Izumi-kan Sanbancho, 3-8 Sanbancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Noriyuki Matsuda) will launch the "AutoMemo Copilot Agent," a new feature for its AI minutes service "AutoMemo" available on Microsoft 365 Copilot, starting Monday, May 18. This function allows users to directly reference accumulated meeting data on Microsoft 365 Copilot by linking their "AutoMemo" account and activating the Copilot agent. It enables searching, summarizing, and extracting information from past meeting content recorded in "AutoMemo" through natural conversation, significantly reducing the time spent on creating minutes and reports.

Search meeting data with natural conversation You can search "AutoMemo" data with natural language, such as "find the meeting data where we talked about XX." Even if you don't remember the exact date or file name, it can find the relevant meeting from the conversation content and topics and provide a link to the "AutoMemo" record. This greatly reduces the effort of searching for "that specific remark" from a large amount of data.

Various outputs tailored to your needs In addition to simple searches, various outputs are possible depending on the application. For example, you can use "AutoMemo" information with prompts like: ・ "Create minutes based on last week's regular meeting, summarizing the agenda, decisions, and next actions." ・ "Tell me what Tanaka-san said about the budget in the A-project kickoff meeting." ・ "List the issues raised in the recent marketing meetings." ・ "What are the To-Dos from the XX meeting?"
