2. Purpose of the Agreement Sompo Japan and Numazu City will collaborate on raising citizens' disaster prevention awareness during normal times and responding during disasters, aiming to improve Numazu City's regional disaster prevention capabilities.

Main Contents of the Agreement Business cooperation will be carried out in the following areas: (1) Cooperation matters during normal times ① Provision and utilization of Sompo Japan's knowledge regarding disasters ② Provision and utilization of Sompo Japan's building collapse risk diagnosis application ③ Cooperation in disaster drills and disaster prevention seminars, and provision of equipment and materials ④ Promotion of public awareness of hazard maps among citizens
(2) Cooperation matters during disaster occurrence ① Cooperation in administrative work for issuing disaster victim certificates ② Implementation of disaster emergency and recovery measures utilizing Sompo Japan's equipment and materials (drones, etc.) ③ Estimation of disaster scale and utilization based on Sompo Japan's disaster payment expertise ④ Implementation of disaster emergency and recovery measures in cooperation with Sompo Japan's inter-company network.
4. Future Outlook Sompo Japan will continue to support regional revitalization in cooperation with Numazu City and contribute to Numazu City.
