One factor in this turnover is the 'reality gap' (discrepancy in perception before and after joining). Inadequate corporate understanding leads to a divergence between actual duties and organizational culture, often resulting in early resignation.

Aims of Program Development In response to this challenge, both companies developed this program as a new approach to deepening fundamental corporate understanding, based on the hypothesis that 'not knowing is what creates the gap.' We focused particularly on not just the company's present state, but its background: 'History' and the 'Accumulation of Decision-making.' Many new employees work without knowing what crises or turning points their company has overcome to reach its current state. As a result, their understanding of corporate values and decision-making criteria remains shallow, making a reality gap more likely to occur.

Features of the Learning Experience Program In this program, we produce six videos based on significant past phases and decision-making points of a company to conduct a simulated 'Corporate Study' using visual media. The videos incorporate objective commentary from external experts, such as university professors, to facilitate deeper understanding.
