Program/Content
Participants are asked to use their free imagination and colors to complete one of the four provided coloring templates and submit it for the contest. - Each participant may submit one entry per template (up to four entries in total, one for each template). - Entries can be hand-drawn (colored pencils, crayons, paints, digital coloring are all acceptable). - No three-dimensional additions such as collage or attached materials are allowed.
