Sogo Omiya Store (Omiya-ku, Saitama City) will host the 'Sanrio Kids Festival' from Friday, July 17, to Monday, July 27, 2026, on the 7th-floor event hall. This experiential event allows families to enjoy the world of Sanrio characters through various activities, including a play school featuring crafts and games, a gift shop filled with adorable merchandise, and a Sanrio Cafe offering character-themed sweets.

' Sanrio Kids Festival' Event Overview

Period: July 17 (Fri) – July 27 (Mon), 2026 Venue: 7th Floor Event Hall, Sogo Omiya Store Opening Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM *On the final day, this venue closes at 5:00 PM.

Play School

We will offer a 'Play School' where children in elementary school and below can enjoy Sanrio-themed crafts and games. Programs such as 'Craft Decoration Cake Making,' where children choose their favorite character, are perfect for creating summer vacation memories.

Participation Fee: Play tickets for ¥2,000 (set of 4, includes shopping bag) *One play ticket allows one game. Additional tickets can be purchased individually for ¥500 each.

*Tickets can be purchased until one hour before daily closing. Game registration closes 30 minutes before closing each day.

Craft Decoration Cake Making

Have fun making cakes by choosing your favorite character!

Decorate with stickers and take home your unique creation.

Plastic Fusing Art

Choose your favorite character and color it using special paint!

You can even stick it on your window at home ☆

Sand Art in the Tulip Field

Choose your favorite character and create a sand painting.

Peel off the sticker where you want to add color, then sprinkle sand over it.

Finished sand paintings can be placed in a paper frame and taken home.
