Sogo Hiroshima will hold "SOGO Sustainable Weeks" from Tuesday, July 14.
As a department store that walks alongside its communities and society, Sogo & Seibu promotes social contribution activities that can be easily participated in daily life, such as guide dog support activities, support for developing countries by collecting used children's shoes, and green wrapping that leads to forest conservation.
This event is held with the aim of having local residents enjoy learning about the environment and welfare together and finding hints for everyday actions. During the period, in addition to craft classes using reused materials, workshops themed on forest creation, and experiential events to deepen understanding of guide dogs, sustainable products and works by local companies and artists will be introduced.
